Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs. Massage therapy is valuable in the healing process of a variety of chronic conditions, including low back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression, and more. Massage also helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living and brings relief for general aches and pains.

Shelly Gorton, LMT -Licensed Massage Therapist

Shelly has been a Massage Therapist in our office for over 4 yrs. A graduate of COCC’s Massage Therapy program in 2004, Shelly specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Swedish massage, as well as Medical Massage. She can also aid in the healing from auto accidents, sports injuries, and work related aches and pains. She will work closely with you to to teach you proper body mechanics, posture, ergonomics, and stretching techniques.

Audra Skinner, LMT

Audra graduated from the Concorde Career Institute massage program in 2006. She has experience working in a variety of therapeutic environments, including chiropractic, large massage clinic, and spas. Her specialties are relaxation and deep tissue massage, but is also trained in Japanese foot massage. She enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their goals for a better state of wellbeing.
